For chappathi : In a bowl add atta, salt and oil and mix well
Add water little by little and knead well into a soft dough
Cover and rest the dough for 20 minutes
Divide the dough into small balls then flatten to make round shaped chappathi with a rollin pin
Heat a flat pan on the stove.place chapathi on it after 2 minutes flip it to the other side
Cook both the sides on a medium flame
For veg curry :Boil the potatoes and smash well
Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard to splatter. Add dry chilly and curry leaves
Add finely chopped onion and Saute well
Once onion gets golden brown in colour,add smashed potatoes
Add the masalas and salt to the mix and cook a few seconds.
Add enough water and cook for 4 minutes by clossing the lid.
Serve with hot chappathi
